Nice Seat, But Make Sure Your Child Is Ready For It.

I love Britax seats and figured I could depend on the safety and quality of the Parkway Booster Seat too. Although the seat is well made, comfortable, and I'm sure safety rated, there is nothing that secures the seat into the vehicle other than the safety belt. Since our belt does not tighten until a high impact crash (I hope), my daughter was able to move the chair side to side and lean forward at all times. I contacted Britax and they informed me that if your toddler is not quite heavy enough, which mine met both weight and height regulations, some kids are just too slender, light, or simply not ready for a booster. I am really disappointed as I bought two and can only return one, but I will feel better getting her back into her old Britax until I can purchase a five point booster. The Miller Family story on Good Morning America was also a wake-up call that booster seats, regardless of the manufacturer, can not always provide the maximum protection in a high impact crash. I hope this helps others when deciding which car seat to purchase and what to consider when doing so.

This booster is made very well. It is comfortable for my daughter as it does not sit so straight up that when she falls asleep her head falls straight down. THe sides of the headrest " which are for side impact protection." cradles my daughters head when she falls asleep. Also the belt routes are very nice. I looked at other boosters and this one is the best!

It is a booster with no LATCH or harness, as a booster seat would be for the weight reccomended. Also, you need to think about your individual child and if they would sustain an impact with nothing but the seat belt and their weight to hold the seat down. Just our opinion but our son has had his since he was 4.5 YO, he loves it!

I have two small (in size) children (4 & 7) who love to sleep in the car. I thought the Parkway would be the perfect solution for their droopy heads. When they sat in them they literaly could not turn their heads. Not good for those times when they don't fall asleep! The Fabric and quality are really nice....
I purchased the Compass Booster for both of them. I love the fact that you can collaspe them, they in no way are flimsy and the quality is not compromised, they are light weight and very good quality. We all love them!

I purchased this seat and received it today and was very disappointed with it. It's pretty to look at but not at all what I had hoped for. It may be very good for side impact safety, which was one of my concerns, but there are no anchor straps to attach to the seat. I do not like the idea of the seat not being securely attached. Sorry, but I am returning it - I want to be sure my grandchild is secure in her seat !!

I moved my 4 year old into this seat a few weeks ago from a eddie bauer booster seat, 5 pt harness. Needless to say she is so much more comfortable in this seat and its so much easier to buckle her into the car now. Safety and comfort along with style.. what girl could ask for more?

My twins have been in Britax since we moved to convertible carseats...we have had the roundabout, marathons, and now these parkways. I love these seats...my kids are comfortable and better yet they got to pick their own with so many choices! The cup holders aren't great but I don't think they are on any seat. The smaller water bottles tend to fall out if not placed perfectly but, that could be my kids too! You won't be sorry getting one of these for your child! The extra seats we ordered for emergencies are from evenflo...i hope I don't regret it. They look like these but, who knows if they will be the anywhere near the same!

Well- my target had one of these boosters brough into it- our's doesn't carry this line of boost, just the convertables. [...] I didn't ever think I could offord to own a Britex, we are pretty excited about it and my 4 yr old loves her new pink seat. I love how it expands in height and the head rest. She loves the pink and the pull out drink holders.

I have done research on this car seat for a while. My daughter has a Britax Marathon now and has outgrown. Now that shes moving up to the booster, I wanted to have the safest seat possible. I ordered this seat on Friday after going to stores and having her sit in several different ones. No store carries this color. It has to be ordered and will take almost 6 weeks to get. I know it will be worth the wait. Hopefully it will arrive faster!
More reviews for this type seat can be found under the other colors...Sapphire, Granite, etc. They are very helpful.
